NashwaakWQ2023
The Nashwaak Watershed Water Quality Monitoring project aims to assess the health of the Nashwaak River and its watershed. Water quality data is collected through portable water quality sensors and grab samples sent for laboratory analysis. This information is analyzed with historical data from the Nashwaak River to determine water quality status and trends in the watershed.

Data Collection Information
A Cole Palmer handheld probe is used to collect dissolved oxygen data, an Oakton PCTS 50 probe is used to collect temperature, pH, conductivity, and TDS. Two grab samples are taken at each sampling location and are sent RPC Fredericton for analysis using their surface water package. An additional sample is taken for E. Coli analyses.
