The Antigonish Rivers Association in partnership with the NSSA’s Adopt-A-Stream program, is building a water quality monitoring program and have started off with installing HOBOware temperature logger probes into ecologically significant watercourses.

Data Collection Information

HOBOware temperature loggers are attached to rebar and anchored into the streambed. The data is then recorded beginning June 1st and records the water temperature every 15 minutes until they are removed October 1st.
