Tobique Watershed Association Water Monitoring Project
Temperature data was collected by the Department of Natural Resources and Energy Development, and shared with the Tobique Watershed Association to provide longitudinal monitoring data. Temperature readings were originally taken at the same time as electrofishing data. The Tobique Watershed Association Water Monitoring Project aims to monitor chemical parameters of water in the Tobique Watershed, conduct visual assessments of erosion along the riverbank, and sample algae.

Data Collection Information
A HOBO temperature logger was used to collect temperature data at all sampling locations (n=6). HOBO temperature loggers were placed in the stream at each location and remained in the water for the duration of the monitoring period. Temperature was recorded by the device every 4 hours.
