Data Collection Information

Samples were taken using the M.V.Namao, following sampling protocols based on a modified version of the Freshwater Institute (unpublished) and Manitoba Great Lakes Sampling Protocols (Herbert, 2018), and analyzed via a modified version of Stainton et. al., (1977)( The original data files (.dbf), the .csv files and the converted .xlsx files, along with the R script are archived within the CanWIN GitLab ( at the University of Manitoba. The .dbf files were converted to .csv files for data transformation using an R script, then exported as an .xlsx file for upload to the Lake Winnipeg Datastream.
